Returns Policy

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, but if you do wish to return or exchange a product, we apply the following rules:

• To report a return, you can send an email to 'Info@pumpgymwear.com'. Please include your order number, name and the reason for return.

• After receiving your product(s), you have 14 days to let us know that you wish to return the products.

• Returning products is at your own expense, but exchanging is free! So when you want to exchange an item for another size, color or another item it is completely free for you.

• For products where hygiene is important, we cannot accept returned products if they are used, stained or damaged. In this case, the product will not be refunded.

• When you have registered a return, you will receive a confirmation from us with a return form. You must send this form fully completed with the return package.

• The purchase amount will be refunded to the account used to make the purchase as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days after receipt of the return shipment.
